Cecilia Kragsterman is an accredited coach, mentor and impact investor with extensive international business experience as a senior executive and non-executive director. Cecilia has run her own business since 2007 helping individuals and organisations to reach their potential and be successful. Her focus is social innovation and entrepreneurship.
Prior to setting up her own business, Cecilia was a Senior Vice President at Skandia Group, responsible for Global Business Development with start-ups in France and China, and new business ventures. She was also the Chief Executive of SkandiaLink and led the company through a period of strong growth to a leading position in the Swedish market. Having a financial background, Cecilia Kragsterman spent the first years of her career in finance and accounting: before moving into general management she was the Group Controller of Skandia.
Cecilia has served as non-executive director of the Board of Capio AB, a pan-European healthcare company, and on the board of the Second Swedish National Pension Fund. She has also been a member of the advisory board (Europe) for the London Business School. Cecilia is a member of the advisory board of Ashoka Scandinavia and a partner and member of the board of DHS Venture Partners.
Cecilia Kragsterman holds a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching from the Institute of Leadership & Management and a BSc in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics. She has participated in Executive Education programmes at the London Business School and IMD.
In her spare time Cecilia is a keen pilot. She holds a Private Pilot Licence with an Instrument Rating and is passionate about flying.
